Who we are
Pregnant and Worried? offers loving, confidential support to anyone affected by an unexpected pregnancy: the pregnant woman, her partner, her family or her friends.
When you call or write to us, a real person takes the time to listen. Then, if you wish, we connect you with a pregnancy resource centre near you. These centres offer free pregnancy tests and answer your questions about pregnancy, adoption, parenting, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and abortion.
Listening
You can speak freely. We won't judge you and we won't rush you.
Information
Clear answers about pregnancy, your options and what each one involves.
Practical help
Baby clothes and supplies, help with housing or paperwork, support after the birth.
Pregnant and Worried? (in French, Enceinte et inquiète) was started in December 2011 by Quebec Life Coalition. Since then we have helped about a hundred people every year, before the birth, at the birth, and often long after.
Every centre we refer women to has committed to our standards of care and competence.
